Space for everyone in the group. Parking for 5 cars. The rooms are bigger than they seem in the pictures. The upper level has a living room, a dining area that opens to a large deck, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. Head downstairs to a large room to relax, play games or watch TV. This level also has a huge room with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. This level’s full bath is equipped with a washer and dryer. Menahaunt beach is less than a mile and a half away. It is 5 miles to Falmouth Harbour with ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. House is approx 3 miles to other beaches and close to downtown Falmouth with lots of restaurants, shops and even a carousel! The house is on the bike path which leads to Historic Woods Hole and has a sprawling backyard for playing or relaxing by the fire pit. We were three generations there. My siblings and I, together with our children took our mom there for vacation. The booking process was seamless, and the owner almost immediately responded and confirmed the reservation. Upon getting there, we were pleasantly surprised. The house is much bigger than the pictures depict. And better. The teenagers were excited as they had the entire lower floor. And the rest of us had room to spare. Bedrooms are spacious enough, bathrooms are clean, water pressure is great, enough room for 10 having meals together on the dining area and outdoor seating on the deck. Too much to list. We loved the large deck and even though we were on a main road the back yard gave a lot of privacy. The central ac work excellent. Beaches, play grounds, restaurants, and stores were 15-25 min away.
