Well done. Service feels very personalized. It has an intimate hotel feel. There are relaxing and quiet moments throughout the hallways and lobby sometimes. There’s a perfect amount of action and liveliness to the lobby when people want to lounge or attend the hotel bars or restaurants. I’ve stayed in almost every hotel in Austin. There was something special about this one and it’s hard to fully pinpoint but I felt so comfortable. A lake view balcony room is an absolute must here.
