This was our favorite accommodation on our recent trip to Tasmania. We were in the Unit. It was homely, clean and lovely. We arrived to a freshly baked loaf of bread left for us, as well as a lovely breakfast for us to cook. The owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation when staying in Swansea.

So clean , well laid out, lovely hostess who was helpfull with everything. The house is so warm and welcoming. Breakfast room bathed in sunlight and breakfast delicious. A fab place to stay.

Fantastic place. Had everything a person needs. Amazing Brekky food was left (like amazing), all cooking utensils, coffee machine (i was just useless at using it) were available. Bathroom was large and included a washing machine even. Heating in all rooms was great. Bed was comfy. Just the perfect place

Stayed a night in the apartment upstairs with kitchen! It was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and provided with heated blanket which warmed the night. Clean bathroom and amenities. Would love to stay for longer next time! Such a cute little area with great views!

What a lovely place to stay. Definitely one of our favourites on the trip around Tassie. Not only were we greeted and welcomed like friends but the breakfast left in the fridge was an added bonus. It is the little things that make the difference, bacon, sausages and i couldnt believe it but black pudding too. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoe as well as a variety of cereals. Then there was the bottle of port to enjoy before bed. The bathroom had a full length dress mirror which is also a lovely touch.The bed was very comfortable. Again, i would highly recommend Freycinet Waters.

This was a B&B type property with the owners staying at the property who were very nice. The location of the property is amazing- being central to everything around and just opposite to jetty. We got the waterview room and yes the view was amazing with also a little balcony facing the water. The room and bathroom were a little small but it dis not feel like it because everything was provided and every corner of space was well utilized. It was the little details that actually matter a lot which were taken care of. They offer continental breakfast but we did not have it as we had other plans. We loved the place and definitely would recommend specially the waterview room.

This property offered a home away from home. It was clean and quiet and comfortable. Outside deck to enjoy sitting in the sun. Across the road from the beach, Full kitchen facilities stocked with farm-house breakfast, a feast of local produce. Owners were friendly. Could not have been happier.

Clean, bright room with great views. Very welcoming owner. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms have double glazing so warm in cold weather without heating.

Fantastic little hideaway. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean and well kept. Our room was full of all the necessities and more (including some complimentary port!). Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to coming back.

The Bayview room was amazing, we loved it so much. The breakfast tasted delicious, and yes you would definitely be full when you walk out the door. Karen was lovely she greeted us and farewelled us at the door. Location was great to wineglass bay and coles bay. Highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful view of the water and very spacious with a full kitchen, lounge room, and deck. All the ingredients you could ask for a big breakfast cook-up, and double glazed windows make sure it’s quiet and cosy. Wish we had booked another night!

Karen is a fantastic host. She made as very welcome and made our stay really comfortable, with good suggestions about where to go, eat, etc. Her husband Bob cooked us an amazing breakfast and I mean - it was really a top-class menu! Yes, we would like to come back in future for another treat.

Excellent Freycinet Waters Stay
We had an excellent stay at Freycinet Waters. The room including the bathroom was sparkling clean. We had an amazing water view and the beach was just across the street. Karen was amazing. Very accommodating and really cheerful. Gave us lots of tips on the best places to go while there. Our stay could have been extra amazing if the bed is higher and firmer. But that was compensated by the amazing Breakfast prepared by Bob. We had freshly squeezed orange juice, aromatic coffee and really yummy big hot breakfast - egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, fresh bread rolls, choice of jams and more - all yummy! Thanks heaps Karen and Bob. Highly recommended!
