"I liked that it was right across the road from the lake!"

"Sofa bed was broken. Asked THREE times for it to be fixed. Black out roller shade broken. We stayed four nights and I had to beg for housekeeping. Even then, all they did was change the towels and garbage. No cleaning at all during our stay. A new hotel that’s going in the direction of all the other hotels in PA, run down. It’s quiet and has potential, if only they’d keep up with it and have better service. A customer shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for rooms to be cleaned. "
