"Wonderful family vacation spot. We will be back! Super fun children’s pool and playground. Very large main pool perfect temperature and with swim up bar. Quick,friendly amazing service at all restaurants and bars. Super clean!!!! Amazing staff all around! Went above and beyond expectations. Really fun activity staff! Food was good. Could find something to eat for everyone. Loved coffee shop. So nice having it all inclusive! Only bummer was beach not swimmable. But beautiful to go on long walks...

"The staff were mostly helpful, very nice and friendly. The management a little less so. The Faro Bar restaurant was closed an two elevators down. We paid a premium despite limited bar service and offering. Note you are unable to swim in the ocean at this beach due to unsafe currents. The beach is very quiet and clean."

"The property I amazing, the design and the views. However I would recommend more for adults, there is no shadows in the pools and kids get sunburned. The service is not tipoical of Mexico because urea slower but the food is amazing so worth your while "
