The space was sparkling clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The property is a duplex (separated by two single car garages adding sound insulation and privacy) nestled in the woods but with very nice landscaping. It is close to shopping, downtown Boothbay, and access to local sites making it very convenient while still being tucked away. All the main entertainment apps are available on the TVs for your personal sign in. I have two recommendations: the main sofa needs to be repaired since the seat seems to have collapsed a bit, and a non-slip mat should be provided for the bathtub as it is very slippery when wet. One may have been there and we missed it, but we were able to purchase one at the Family Dollar down the road. This was a great find if you don’t want to stay in the chaos of the harbor. Very quiet and relaxing but a quick drive to the harbor for activities (just go early to find parking). The house is well-equipped - we saved money by buying lobsters and cooking them at the house. Don’t miss the botanical gardens, Farm 23 bakery or sunset on ocean point! ##### Bonnie E. We had a great quick one night stay in Boothbay at this VRBO. (Only suggestion is better bath towels.
