Got into the room and into the restroom where I got lo ked in because the sliding door got stuck. My sister called twice before someone came to help. Secondly the light blocking shade at the window did not work at all. There was night light coming thru the window. It was a clean bed. The ac worked fine. Breakfast was okay. The coffee was tepid not hot.

I'm very disappointed with our stay, because the reservation came from a third party (Expedia) as they said we didn't get the room with two queens as requested, which I would have been ok with. We got "up-graded" to a suite, sure we got a king size bed, but had 2 grown up people sleep on a pull-out sofa bed not the most comfortable thing. Room looked big mostly because the lack of furniture. For such high price not worth the stay. I expected the Hilton band family of hotels to be in a higher level. I feel bad that I spent my hard earned money even Expedia point to stay in this sub-par motel.

The hotel is nice the only downfall was that the room smelled like dog, it was pretty gross. I did purchase some air fresheners to try to cover up the smell but unfortunately it didn’t help much. Go thing it was only one night.

Rooms are very nice, very confortable bed, friendly staff, very accommodating knowing we came with our two little dogs. Location is excellent, plenty of places to eat. We definitely recommend!

Two Night Work Stay
Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and very good. Wifi was possible charge so we didn't use it. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in very good condition.

Checked in and was given the wrong room, had to move luggage twice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, however, breakfast was mediocre. Not much variety and potatoes were not cooked well. The woman serving breakfast was very unfriendly and did not even greet us when we greeted her first. This happened both mornings we were there. Overall, our stay was okay but poor value given we didn’t eat breakfast the second day.

The room has electric blinds, but the problem is that they don’t work, so during the morning and day you have blackout blinds and have to use artificial lighting. Called the front-desk and they had no solution, they actually said that no one complains about this… Sofa bed with no pillows for it, paid for a “suite” without a table but just a massive empty space. This was an overprice rate for a below economy hotel. Last time staying at this property.

Friendly Service
It was a nice hotel, very roomy for a big family. The guy in the front desk was very polite and helpful. Check in was at 3pm but we got our room at 1:30pm. Overall the experience was nice.

Nice, clean room. Had the "new" smell of hotel. A/c blew cold air and temperature was adjustable with thermostat. Bed was very comfortable.
