"no shampoo was provided, only shower gel. Would not stay here again. Gianluca was AWESOME. He redeemed the stay. Very helpful in helping us with transportation to Rome and back. Very friendly and kind. Made sure we were taken care of. The state of the location is NOT a reflection on him or his professionality."

"The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. Area is great. Room was clean but bathroom smelled bad. Bed was not comfy. The breakfast was nice and convenient for tired travelers. The shuttle service was awesome but be aware that you need to book it a day ahead."
