Is This Heaven Downtown Dyersville Apartment

  • Our newly renovated 2 BR/1.5 BA is a second floor 1200 sq ft. apartment that is located in the heart of Downtown Dyersville with it's own private entrance and street parking. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants & bars, brewery, shopping, parks & baseball fields, St. Francis Basilica and only 4.4 miles from the Field of Dreams. This space features a full sized kitchen that is stocked with all your needs to cook meals & laundry room for all guests.
    Our contact free check in is done with a smartlock. You can opt to use the code sent or via the August app. This is located on the small set of stairs outside. Once inside, you will enter an entry that will guide you to the indoor stairwell to get to the apartment.
    Check in is at 3:00pm CST.
    Check out is at 10:00am CST.
