"The pool is packed with kids and parents. Not great for a relaxing swim, but it is a hotel geared for young families. The hot tub is nice to unwind. Only allows 7 people at once. Shelly's restaurant in the hotel has yummy food and a good variety. My only disappointment is there is no free continental breakfast. Parents like me who need their morning coffee go to Tim Hortons or Starbucks nearby. Would be very nice to have a cafe inside the hotel with free coffee. "

"Room was clean, nice and accessible. Wifi worked fine. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was just ok the meats provided (sausage and ham) were not the best quality. Also the desk staff signed me up for Best Western rewards and said I'd get 500 points just for signing up but so far when logging into my account I still see 0!"

"This is really a great hotel overall. It’s clean, the employees were friendly and the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s located next to all kinds of great restaurants and a shopping mall. I will say, the hotel was fully booked and we came back from a hockey game and had to make a parking spot because there were not any more and it hadn’t snowed in a week, yet the parking lot was complete slush to the point you couldn’t see the parking spot lines and your shoes and socks and luggage were socking wet and dirty by the time you got in the building which was nasty, inconvenient and honestly not very safe for guests "

"The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the night of our stay. The front desk clerk was amazing! She really did her job well. The bed was not overly comfortable and the pillows were not comfortable at all. There was no bedside clock. The breakfast was great. The young man working in the breakfast lounge was great! Very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking."

"Loved the gazebo with gas brbq provided nice addition Adirondack chairs were pretty and comfortable breakfast was ok could have been hotter but plentiful and good butter was hard leave it out of fridge so it’s spreadable but over all good we will return😃"

"We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice."
