Spacious with all yhe amenities you need

Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is in Dutch John, so close to the fishing activities we went there for. House was clean and the listing is accurate. Dutch John is a nice, quiet place to stay.

Amazing stay

Highly recommend this rental. We had such a great trip to the Green River and Flaming Gorge. We had 2 families stay here together and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities to cater to us all. Wes is the perfect host, great with communication and checking on us and also allowing us space to enjoy the home. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The house was clean, in a good area and well equipped with what you need. The property owner, Wes, was great. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to very quickly. The house is about 5 minutes to the marina and there is a convenience store just down the street. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Dutch John.

Amazing Fishing Getaway

We had an amazing time and this home was a perfect fit. We had a group of 8 and pushed the capacity limit. I will say the queen noted is really a full. Otherwise you cannot beat the location, cleanliness, and comfort of this home. We will be back.

Disappointing

We were disappointed in several aspects of this property but especially cleanliness. Although overall it was not bad, when we checked in we found leftover coffee in the coffee pot, a long string of a cobweb covered in dust hanging from the master bathroom overhead light, and the patio—which we had looked forward to enjoying after each long day of fishing—needs a lot of attention! Both grills were so filthy we couldn’t use them plus the THREE gas tanks (none connected to the grills) were almost empty, there was a can of cigarette butts and trash under one of the sofas, and much of the furniture is covered in bird droppings. There were other disappointments in addition so we cancelled the second reservation we had made for this summer.
