We had issues with checking in, since we were not able to access the building, and we had to arrange a meeting point with a staff person to get keys. Our suite on 19th floor often smelled with cooking from the another neighbors. During our stay, we lost power a couple of times. Water was shut off on first day, several times during our stay, and the most of the last day, up until our check out. The property manager didn’t apologize nor addressed the situation on the last day of our stay. One of two elevators didn’t work for a few days, which made our move up and down the building very time consuming. Even though the location of the property and the view were wonderful, overall we had a very unpleasant experience for the money, and we would never stay there again.

It’s an excellent property itself, very spacious, modern and clean. However, second elevator didn’t work for some time, and we had episodes of no water or electricity. It was a problem, since our suite was located on 19th floor. For the last day, water was shut off completely without any explanation or apology.

The Host didn’t respond to our questions, apartment was dirty (especially the bathroom), we received the key way too late and had to ask locals for help, the key wasn’t in the lockbox as the host told us, we missed one blanket and the kitchen was stocked poorly (supplies), hairdryer and shampoo was not in the apartment as supposed…
