Un excellent hôtel : je recommande vivement l’Amfiteatri boutique hotel. En plus d’être un hôtel bien situé, le service ainsi que sa propreté sont irréprochables. Ma chambre fut confortable. Il s’agit d’un bon rapport qualité-prix sur Dürres.

Friendly and clean hotel

Solo traveler from USA wanted to explore Durres a few days. This botique hotel was really a great place to stay since the location was perfect walking distance to everything. It was even 15 min walk to a laundry services place to drop off my clothes to have it done. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made my stay enjoyable. The place is clean and has great AC. The only drawback is you are staying near the Mosque so you will hear the noise quite early in the morning with the call.

Nice location in in town and near beach walk

We were happy with our stay at the Amfiteatri hotel, the person at the desk explained where we could park for free down the street. The hotel was close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable.

Centralt, prisvärt bra hotell!

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt! Gångavstånd från busstationen! Restauranger, affärer, sevärdheter finns i hotellets absoluta närhet. Några minuters promenad så är du nere vid havet.

Beautiful hotel, good location

The room was beautiful and functional. I liked the shower and the bed. The aircon was hard or impossible to adjust: so it was off or super cold. There is a remote control, but nothing changed no matter what you did. The room can be noisy because of the outside party people: first night it felt like I was sleeping in the middle of a night club. Second night was better. In my hotels.com reservation and description my room was supposed to have a balcony. I was disappointed when I noticed it hadn't since I have chosen this hotel because of it. When I realised the lack of balcony I went to reception to ask if I was given a wrong room by accident. No, they said and were not that interested in my point of view that I was sold a room with balcony. They did help me with restaurant recommendations and bus timetables, so the service wasn't that bad.

The hotel did NOT have a private beach, even though this was promised on the Website (Hotels.com) . Very friendly and helpfull staff. Roomstandard good, but I would have liked more comfortable furniture and maybe a sunbed and something to give some shade on the balcony. We had an upgraded room with a relatively large balcony, which was almost a waste with only two small chairs and a small table.

We had a double room and while our bed was pretty good, the roll-out bed for our four-year-old son was next to the air conditioning meaning we couldn't use it – for his sake. It was also very noisy outside – surprising for a Monday night – and the partying went on until the early house. The combination of loud revellers and a hot room meant that we hardly slept. The pleasing hotel breakfast and helpful staff partly made up for the situation, but we will not be rushing to stay again.
