Very disappointed
No hot water when arrived had to adjust the water pressure.we managed to get hot water but intermittently. No instructions to operate the boiler there for no heating also the gas fire doesn't work. Toilet seat broken and also the coat rack was broken, went to use the vacuum cleaner and this was also broken.The courtyard was in need for some attention as the back door was obstructed by shrubbery
