1969 Shasta Camper Cottage w/AC - Durham, NC

I’m sorry to have to announce this, but no animals can be in this space. I am very allergic to cats and dogs. I’ve had years of extensive allergy shots and been allergic my whole life with swelling eyes, sinus infections and shortness of breath due to spaces where animals have been. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting my condition. I love animals despite not being able to enjoy them fully. and NO SMOKING in or around the camper!

Shared Facilities: The large individual use enclosed Shower is Outdoors with Hot Water, Large Mirror, and Good Vibes is located on the porch of the nearby Cottage about 20 feet from the Camper. I recommend a Robe to walk to and from shower. Please check the photos of this space. The Bathroom with Toilet and Vanity are in a separate space than the shower and also shown in the photos. The Laundry Room is in a room at the back of the main house and is also shared by the camping guests between 10am & 10pm. There is a Gas Grill and a Fire Pit, Picnic Tables, and Patio in the Common Area between the Campers. You will see dogs, cats and typical North Carolina insects as you are “camping”

Please clean dishes
Do not leave leftovers in fridge
You may leave sealed packaged goods behind.
Please clean up after yourself and leave camper in condition as if you had not even been there.
