Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living and dining spaces and the deck is a great place to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views of the slopes! The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space or all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo and parking is unassigned outside in front of the building. Bed Configuration: Master - King (main level) 2nd - Queen (main level) 3rd - 2 Sets of Bunk (twins) (main level) As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. My family and I just returned from a trip to Durango and had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It is beautifully furnished, very clean, and contains everything you could possibly want. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen is supplied with all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable as well. The location is beautiful and very handy to everything at the ski resort. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub, as well as workout facilities. We would definitely recommend booking this condo if you are planning to visit Durango or the ski resort. The owners were very attentive to our questions. A beautiful property which we would definitely rent next time we are in the area! You will NOT be disappointed! We were able to hike right there from property. We used the condo as a base home and were able to easily get to the train, rafting, hot springs, downtown Durango.
