Everything was close shopping center the “el centro” was very close easy to access a taxi.

Costumer service is horrible My room air conditioner was not working I ask so many time they never fix it I ask for extra blanket they didn’t have any They only think is that you are near the mall that you can walk breakfast food was not bad but the lady that’s in cleans she littered count what you take

Extremely Dissatisfied Business Trip Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cut my trip short and decided to check out early. When I approached the hotel staff about this, they assured me that it would not be a problem and even promised a refund for the nights that I wouldn't be using. However, my disappointment grew when I received an email from hotels.com stating that a refund was not possible due to the hotel's policy. This blatant inconsistency between what I was told in person and what was communicated in writing left me feeling frustrated and misled. As a business traveler, I value clear and honest communication, and this experience fell far short of my expectations. This ordeal not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for the unused nights. The lack of integrity and follow-through on the part of the hotel staff has left me with a negative impression of this establishment, and I would caution other travelers to be wary of similar discrepancies in their dealings with them. My overall satisfaction with this hotel is extremely low, and I regret choosing it for my trip.

The best hotel in Durango Hands down. They staff is so friendly the location is perfect so convenient. They treat me and my mom so nicely. I been staying here every year for the last 7 years and the rest to come

Close to the main market and historic part of Durango by taxi. The free breakfast was okay but very convenient. You do have to ask for an iron and ironing board at the front desk.

The ladies at the front desk need a better training in how to make the guest welcome.. Seems like the ladies who clean the rooms had better welcome skills compared to the ones working the front desk..

Estaba sucio el baño y una de las camas la colcha manchada las toallas tenian un olor de viejo y el agua al bañarse tenia olor a aceite o petroleo el desayuno no tenia sazon el tocino q tenia el huevo estaba crudo la salsa de los chilaquiles era pura agua. Muy caro el precio para el servicio que da el hotel primera vez y ultima vez que nos quedaremos en ese hotel

It is kind of difficult when the hotel is located in a place you have to pay. Furthermore, because it was posted that the parking was free and it was not, Also, I had to go four times to the lobby because the key cards didn't work. This is the worst hotel I have reserved.
