The location of this residence, which is an end unit, is exceptional due to its unobstructed views and proximity to the variety of recreational amenities of the area Has to offer (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.). It's conveniently located close enough to downtown Durango for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities. This residence features TVs in the main living space and both King bedrooms as well as a gas fireplace and luxury furnishings and super fast WIFI speeds (100+ mbps). GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Washer / Dryer in the condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
