Great lil place. Was super close to Main Street where they had so many food places and about 30 minutes away from Purgatory ski resort. WiFi wasn’t the best but other than that everything was great. Host also replied quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location and plenty of room

This was a great option for myself and 4 other girlfriends to stay. Great location -it was no more than 5-10 minutes to any local spots. Pet friendly and great communication from the owner. My only concern was the one shower for 5 women, but we did make it work overall a great stay !

Clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Very safe neighborhood, near many places to walk such as restaurants, convenient stores etc. The casa had many extras such as coffee, spices, toiletries, and towels/bathroom items were stocked up. The outdoor area was beautiful with wisteria, flowers, and a cute walkway. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!

Family reunion/ memorial

I enjoyed my stay at the Bohemian Tree Casa. There was ample space for myself and my daughter and son-in-law plus my dog. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were clean, smartly decorated, and comfortable and the patio and yard were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you to my host who was always responsive and polite.

It's hard to find a place that will accept cats. Bohemian Tree Casa met my needs accepting cats and allowing smoking outside. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Tim!

True Colorado Vibe!

Timothy is an excellent host. The property is secluded and tucked away on fenced property with beautiful outdoor seating under the aspens. Inside, a warm and welcoming 2 bedroom duplex, comfortable seating and beds, fully equipped down to fingernail polish remover! The kitchen and bar area was nice for family time and entertaining. We would definitely stay again if ever vacationing in Durango again. Beautiful memories!

Place is very comfy, great yard for our dog and the french bulldogs are very friendly. Wish we could of stayed but we left early due to sewer problem that was beyond Timothy's control. We would like to return to this property in the future and he did refund us a portion of our bill.

We enjoyed our 4 nite stay. Great neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We walked our dog every morning to this very cute coffee shop that had homemade goods and plants. Liquor store & gas station around the corner as well. Small drive to memorial park and downtown. My husband rode his motorcycle and was able to park it inside the gate, which made him happy as he’s picky about where he parks it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had alot of supplies. Thanks Tim for a great stay!!!

A Hidden Gem

I went with friends for a Girls' Weekend, and we booked Tim's place for our stay. It's tucked away, off of the beaten path, but very close to the downtown Durango area, including the train station (w were there to ride the Blues Train). The property is quiet and safe, and was perfect for our needs. Tim, the owner and host, lives above the property, and made himself to us if we had any questions or concerns, but other than that we never saw or heard him. There's a lovely backyard to sit in and relax, and he has 2 adorable French bulldogs who will come to meet you and introduce themselves. The apartment itself is very cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. The only "negative" I would have, is that there is only 1 full bathroom, so if you have a large group, you might want to keep that in mind. There's a 2nd half-bath/powder room, but only 1 tub/shower. It wasn't a problem for us as we only had 3 people and no real deadlines to be up, ready, and out the door, but with a larger group it would take some coordination. That said, the shower was great! Nice pressure and plenty of hot water! We had a nice stay. Thanks, Tim!
