The carpet was new. The property was clean. The master bath was updated. The deck was very pleasant, the property was quiet. Some of the bedroom window coverings needed some attention, but they were adequate. I don’t like that tv is only available by streaming, with no local channels, but I understand why properties are doing it. The parking was excellent. Plenty of room for multiple cars and trailered OHV’s. Rare for a ski property. We were there in the Fall to ride the jeep trails in the region. The price was much better than many other properties we looked at. Wood for fireplace was provided. Ample parking for our rental car.The good: Nice bedroom arrangement for a couple with two adult children. Convenient to the slopes -- not truly ski in/out, but very close. TV with streaming. WiFi! Beds were comfortable. Hot tub worked, but was 4 units away. It would be nice if it could be reserved for an hour.The not so good: someone had previously commented about the chairs being uncomfortable/broken. It is well maintained with a good location and excellent views. The amenities were in good shape and is comfortable for six people. The pull-out couch area has a divider to provide privacy to those sleeping from the kitchen area. The place worked well for out dog. ##### John K.
