Located just 10 minutes from Purgatory Resort and 20 minutes from downtown Durango, you’ll enjoy easy access to skiing, dining, and local attractions—plus discounted play on Glacier’s 18‑hole Valley Course. Climb the outdoor spiral staircase to your mountain‑view balcony, then step inside to a cozy, fully furnished space that sleeps four. The private bedroom includes a king bed, Roku TV, and en‑suite bath with a glass‑enclosed shower. The living room offers an electric fireplace, West Elm sofa with trundle, and a wide‑screen Roku TV, along with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage. The full kitchen features updated Haier appliances, dinnerware for eight, and all the cookware you need, plus a Keurig, toaster, and blender for easy mornings. A dining table for four, dedicated workspace, and high‑speed internet (100+ Mbps) make this condo as functional as it is relaxing. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Washer / Dryer in this condo. This condo has the ability to adjoin to unit 768 - there is a double-sided deadbolt on both sides of this door There are several stairs leading to the front door of this condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron, DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the front deck is fantastic! Prior to our stay, I have have to assume the cleaning crew did a rush job as there were a few cigarette butts and cobwebs on the front deck. The inside was pretty clean. Also of note, the two chairs on the front deck you see in the photos...they no longer have back cushions (no idea where they went, they were not there when we got there), so you'll have to grab a couple of pillows from the couch. The condo is stocked with pots/pans/dishes/glasses/utensils, however not much in the way of cooking products or basics, so you'll have to buy them in town. There is a Keurig, but no pods. The pool was very crowded with children during on July visit. It is a far walk from the condo. The very clean condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with equipment to cook and lots of cleaning supplies. There was a Kuerig coffee maker and pods. The wifi and TV set-up worked well. The owner provided a very useful guide on how things worked and local resources. There were local guides books and some games. The bathroom was well stocked with towels. The washer and dryer worked well.The unit is on an upper level with outside stairs.
