Wynnum Anchor Motel
10/10 Excellent
"This is an old school hotel, but very clean and well kept. Our bed was excellent and we slept well. Our daughter enjoyed swimming in the small pool. We loved the covered bbq dining area. We had a lovely conversation with the manager as we were outdoors for breakfast. Wynnum is our favorite part of Brisbane, and this hotel worked well for us."

"It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super helpful & had great communication. Very friendly & accommodating. There was lots of local information & the cottage was central to everything. It had everything we needed, plus some. A great outdoor area for lounging, BBQ & the fur babies. I recommend this clean & comfortable cottage with great hosts in Neil & Linda. Thank you."

"What a find. A very special and unique place on the east coast of Aus that was definitely a highlight on our 7 night road trip into QLD from Newcastle. The breakfast delivered to our accomodation and quality of the food at the onsite restaurant ticked all the boxes. We will be back."

"Thanks again Ole for a fantastic stay. We had our family small dogs stay for the last 5 days. It was a great location, perfect for a family and had all the amenities we needed to make it a comfortable week away. We look forward to staying again and our only wish is that we had of booked longer."

"Last minute decision to stay in Brisbane close to the airport, this was the only hotel available for less than $200 with reviews i trusted to be any good. The onsite hotel and bistro was great, the room although basic was large, clean and quiet. I'd stay again without any hesitation."
