This smoke-free home accommodates up to six guests. The master king bedroom has an ensuite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, garden tub, and private water closet. Guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room includes a desk and workstation. All bathrooms have squatty potties and bidets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the tools you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. A Samsung washer and dryer is available for your use.
The open design welcomes you with plenty of room to relax. The sliding glass doors open to an expansive lanai that is screened and covered, free from bugs and sun. A gas grill, patio furniture, and loungers are ready for your use. The backyard view is woodsy and private. Just beyond the trees is a path for walking or cycling.
The home is on a wooded property, and you are bound to see deer, fox, rabbits, armadillos, raccoons, and birds. Florida is endemic to critters and insects, so please keep all doors and windows closed. We are diligent with our pest control.
