About this property

Private saltwater pool w/ tropical Oasis setting

  • Welcome to your perfect Florida getaway! Step outside into your own private tropical oasis backyard, fully enclosed by a privacy fence for ultimate seclusion. The entire backyard features beautiful paver stones framed by lush, landscaped shrubs and palm trees. The highlight of the home is the sparkling saltwater pool featuring a beach entry making it incredibly easy to walk right in. Unwind on the provided loungers, float with our pool toys, or gather around the firepit for an evening under the stars. At night, the entire pool and landscape light up beautifully for a magical evening swim.
    Inside, the home comfortably accommodates your group with cozy, relaxing spaces. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed with 2nd bath just outside of bedroom. The enclosed front porch has a queen futon made up into a 3rd extra sleeping area.
    Beginning in January 2027 guests staying less than a month will not be able to access our community park. Instead we will be providing KP Hole passes for up to 4 guests. Instead of our hard kayaks we will provide inflatable kayaks and paddle boards for 4 people, two of each. You will be able to launch at KP Hole for a $10 per person launch fee. A pump will be provided to pump up right at the KP Launch and be able to transport them in your car. The golf cart will not be provided since it will not be needed to transport kayaks.
    If you need an early arrival we will offer that at no cost if not a turnover day. We are pet friendly. Bring your furry companions along to enjoy the secure, fully fenced yard. A standard pet fee applies(please include your dog in the reservation details).
    The pool can be heated during the winter for an extra fee of $15 per day, $75 a week, and $125 a month. Just request when reserving and I'll send the extra fee that you accept on your end. Just know if it's been real cold and previous pool guests did not have it heated I will need a at least 3 days notice to get it heated to 83 degrees which is the max heat setting. It's not a hot tub so will not be heated higher.
    Ocala, Crystal River, and World Equestrian Center are only 30 minutes away, so come enjoy all Dunnellon and the area has to offer.

We enjoyed our quick getaway-the backyard was a private peaceful retreat. Was able to get work done while the kids played in the pool. What a PERFECT place! This home has everything you could possibly need, and more. We didn't even use the kayaks and the golf cart! The pool is lovely and this home is decorated so beautifully, we are ready to turn around and come right back. But real life calls and we must heed. Soon though, we will book again! We had a wonderful time for our one-year anniversary and Michael's 71st birthday. Thank you, great host!

This place is great and my family stays here a few times each year. Its location is very convenient with the private park and water access. The master bed is very comfortable and the back porch and pool area are fabulous!! There are plenty of kayaks, floats, and pool toys provided along with everthing else you should need. I Highly recommend this house for adults and fa.ilies, theres something for everyone!

Relaxing Pool House!

We enjoyed the entire month of May at the Pool house.It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Leslie was great to work with, any little problems were fixed right away.We rented the golf cart which really completed our stay. The neighborhood and park are great areas to explore.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay there again next year. It’s a lovely spot with a very romantic pool and patio area. If you are into kayaking, the community launcharea is very handy and easy to get in and out. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Cute River House

Perfect house for a weekend (or longer) getaway. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The extra amenities including the pool, kayaks, and golf cart are a great touch. Only issue was we didn’t get to stay longer to truly enjoy the house and the area. We will be back!

Exactly what it says it is!

The property was great - the yard is exactly as pictured, probably bigger than it looks, and very well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities to ensure guests have everything they need while there. If you're booking here specifically to go to Rainbow Springs - DO IT!!! The private access is absolutely worth not having to deal with the public entrance at the state park! We brought our boat and the private boat ramp was AMAZING to drop in, tube for a few hours, and then tow us back on the boat. No waking up at dawn hoping it doesn't hit capacity. Had such a great time - will book again in the future.

Much more than I expected

This property owner has thought of everything and made sure you will have whatever you need. Don't worry about forgetting anything. They will have it for you there. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The outdoor/backyard area is an oasis and you will not want to leave. The access to the river is super close and the kayaks were easy to load on the golf cart trailer to tote down to the river. We spent the weekend with our college aged kids playing games and enjoying the great location. The back yard is excellent for star gazing. We will definitely plan on coming back.

Peaceful oasis

Perfect place to recharge with the Lord. The pool backyard was so peaceful, was like having a private resort pool to yourself, n I loved playing basketball everyday. Bummed we left our kayaks at home to take on the river. Make sure you have drain plugs in kayaks or u will sink, we had great communication with Leslie she ordered plugs for them.The private access park was perfect to swim n meet bunch of great people during our stay. House is quaint, neighborhood is so quiet peaceful n everyone so nice. Beds comfy just what was needed for overworking myself at my business. We normally go to kp hole when we visit that area to kayak, but the private access is a great spot to drop them. Will definitely book here again. This is a great gem.
