Private saltwater pool w/ tropical Oasis setting

Welcome to your perfect Florida getaway! Step outside into your own private tropical oasis backyard, fully enclosed by a privacy fence for ultimate seclusion. The entire backyard features beautiful paver stones framed by lush, landscaped shrubs and palm trees. The highlight of the home is the sparkling saltwater pool featuring a beach entry making it incredibly easy to walk right in. Unwind on the provided loungers, float with our pool toys, or gather around the firepit for an evening under the stars. At night, the entire pool and landscape light up beautifully for a magical evening swim.
Inside, the home comfortably accommodates your group with cozy, relaxing spaces. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed with 2nd bath just outside of bedroom. The enclosed front porch has a queen futon made up into a 3rd extra sleeping area.
Beginning in January 2027 guests staying less than a month will not be able to access our community park. Instead we will be providing KP Hole passes for up to 4 guests. Instead of our hard kayaks we will provide inflatable kayaks and paddle boards for 4 people, two of each. You will be able to launch at KP Hole for a $10 per person launch fee. A pump will be provided to pump up right at the KP Launch and be able to transport them in your car. The golf cart will not be provided since it will not be needed to transport kayaks.
If you need an early arrival we will offer that at no cost if not a turnover day. We are pet friendly. Bring your furry companions along to enjoy the secure, fully fenced yard. A standard pet fee applies(please include your dog in the reservation details).
The pool can be heated during the winter for an extra fee of $15 per day, $75 a week, and $125 a month. Just request when reserving and I'll send the extra fee that you accept on your end. Just know if it's been real cold and previous pool guests did not have it heated I will need a at least 3 days notice to get it heated to 83 degrees which is the max heat setting. It's not a hot tub so will not be heated higher.
Ocala, Crystal River, and World Equestrian Center are only 30 minutes away, so come enjoy all Dunnellon and the area has to offer.
