River Retreats/Anglers Paradise

Country setting, that is away from all the city noises. FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart are provided for transport to the neighborhood boat ramp here on the Withlacoochie River. From this location experienced paddlers can travel up river approx 45 minutes to get to the Rainbow River (the two rivers connect). If you have a hitch on your vehicle you may use the trailer to transport my kayaks to other nearby destinations. KP Hole county park and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10 min away. We provide “FREE” passes to the KP Hole also, county park that’s on the Rainbow River. Bring your boat! There is plenty of parking and you can put in at our boat ramp. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, but room for 6.

Pets are welcome but require pre approval prior to booking. Two pets maximum and less than 50lbs. $100 for the first pet and the second is prorated. This price is for the entire stay up to a week. Long term stays will need to be quoted and price to be determined. Peta are not permitted in the bedrooms and must be crated if left unattended in the home (baby gates and crates are on site). Additional cleaning fees are applied if pet hair is found on bedding or if damages due to not following these house rules. Yard is partial fence but not fully, there is a zip line tie out on the back yard. Please keep pets leashed at all times outside in the yard. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property or use of my equipment due to insurance reasons. All guests must be added to the reservation at $20 per person past 2 (you may have up to 6) with a minimum stay of 2 nights. This is a non smoking property. Please

We strive to give our guests a great experience and additional guests on the reservation are an additional cost for a minimum stay for use of the property and any amenities.
