Paradise on the Rainbow River

Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home on the stunning, crystal-clear, spring-fed Rainbow River, where modern luxury meets natural wonder. Paddle upstream to the head spring and other natural springs or downstream to Swampy’s Restaurant on the river. Enjoy river views and sightings of playful otters from almost anywhere on the property. The screened-in porch and spacious yard are ideal for relaxing and entertaining, offering a blend of elegance and laid-back riverside charm. The property is conveniently situated about 35 minutes west of Ocala and the World Equestrian Center, 40 minutes east of the Gulf of Mexico, 1.5 hours north of Tampa International Airport, 1.5 hours west of Orlando, and 1 hour south of Gainesville and the University of Florida. The single-level home features three comfortable bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms with premium finishes. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The high-end kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and coffee bar, offers stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Rainbow River, making cooking and cleaning a delight. The living room boasts panoramic river vistas and opens seamlessly to the porch and expansive yard, inviting you to unwind in an open, airy, and incredibly relaxing environment. You’ll have full private access to the entire property, including the house, yard, fire pit, private dock, and all the toys, including a plethora of kayaks, paddleboards, tubes, snorkel gear, and more. Enjoy an undisturbed stay with self-check-in, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience. Ample parking is available for both cars and boats, and the barbecue grill is new and ready to serve! We are committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay. The access to the gorgeous river was the best. We dove right off the peer to snorkel, great boating/kayak/paddleboards. The open plan kitchen and living area with the big table was nice for family meals and games. We were able to make an amazing Thanksgiving meal then go swimming with the otters, and dry off by the fire.

Well appointed and nice property

This space worked well for our group. River access is easy. You can swim right off the dock. The house is clean and there are plenty of available toys included there. If you are not having fun here, it is your own fault.

Annual Rainbow River birthday celebration

This is my third year celebrating my birthday somewhere on Rainbow River. This is the first home I rented actually on the Rainbow River. And it was excellent. No complaints at all. Stocked with everything beautiful home and perfect right there on the river.

Perfect location on the river

My family and I rented this home for spring break and it was amazing. House looked exactly like the pictures. The location on Rainbow River was the best. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days and guess it to the dock. House was fully stocked with towels and supplies. Beds were comfortable. We will be renting again. Thank you

Fun for all ages

We loved our stay at Paradise! The scenery is beautiful. The location was perfect for enjoying the river. Our extended family group-ages 3-71 had a blast with the numerous river toys provided by our host. We tubed, kayaked, paddle boarded, fished and snorkeled-all equipment was provided! The house was fabulously appointed and pretty. We highly recommend Paradise on Rainbow River.

Amazing

Everything you would ever need is there for you. We kayaked, paddle boarded, canoed, tubed, fished, swam off the dock, had a fire and grilled every night. Inside was all new and clean, comfortable beds, nice showers, all the towels and linens you need. Perfect!
