"We stayed in the Tower and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The staff was friendly and helpful, valet service was quick and efficient, and our room service was excellent. The food was delicious, arrived exactly when promised, and the person who delivered it was very kind. The only minor drawbacks were the lagging television and low shower water pressure, but neither took away from our stay. This is an exceptional hotel and will definitely be our go-to whenever we stay in Chattanooga."
