Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and the TV did not work. We called the desk and they told us to try and wiggle the wires, but that did not do a thing. We were there for 2 nites with no TV. Also the dust in the room was an inch deep. No maid service at all. I'm told that you have to request maid service if you want it. No one told us that. And as for the free breakfast. I guess when we got down to it nothing was left. and that was about 8 in the morning.

First I believe they over charged me for the two booked rooms. Yes I know it was eclipse weekend but what Expedia quoted and what I paid was a vast difference. The rooms were nice but had not been dusted recently. The staff very pleasant, and accommodating. The location was excellent with access to dining and local history.

The day and night staff were extremely accommodating. I will be returning for many more years for the college experience. The beds were hard, but the friendly staff and awesome breakfast made up for any other shortfalls.

The Bed in room 125 was TERRIBLE - there was such a huge dip in the side of the bed it didn’t feel safe to sleep on. The heat was hard to regulate- it was either too hot or too cold.

Very uncomfortable bed
Was a little concerned about the signs warning us about the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning and human trafficking (two separate signs), but what made this visit not so nice was the very uncomfortable bed, which felt like you were sleeping on a wooden board. Tossed and turned all night. At least they have a hot tub do you can soak any sore muscles you get from the bed.

Front Desk clerk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. Tye beds were awful, the room was really run down (carpet stained, frayed through to sub flooring, jet tub did not hold water), breakfast was really simple. Not what was expected for the high price.

I was very dissapointed with the room we were put in. It was a handicap room ? Why would we be put in a handicap room? The bed was about 18" off the floor and very uncomfortable, with 1 chair in the room where you couldn't see the TV. The Inn was all but empty so I really don't understand! On a positive note the staff was very nice and helpfull.

This is my 2nd trip here. 1st time was to move my daughter into SUNY Fredonia, this time was for Family & Friends weekend. I’ll be back on Thanksgiving weekend & this time I’m bringing the dogs to visit their “Sissie”. The staff is never anything polite & helpful. The hotel is clean. Super convenient to the college, Lake Erie & only an hour or so from Niagara.
