We checked in at 9pm to be charged a £10 penalty fee for checking in late I travel a lot and is the first time told you have to check in at 2pm to 5pm absolutely ridiculous.

"Really didn’t like the check in process. Walking up to the counter and they say they scan the QR code bluntly. Completing that was 10mins. Delaying the process. Building two where I stayed was filthy, everything is still the old Ibis decor and no improvements. Rooms have been stripped back to complete ..."
