The two bed apartment is roomy, very comfortable, and in an excellent location with beautiful views of the Dunedin harbor. We found it to be an incredibly relaxing place. We really miss sitting in front the fire in the dark cool early mornings watching as the first light begins to glimmer on the water. Just a wonderful to start a cool damp Otago morning. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The street fronting the building can be a bit busy with daily traffic between Port Chalmers and Dunedin, but the double pane windows kept the apartment quiet. The owner is an easy gentlemen to deal with. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The apartment is exactly as listed. A wonderful, easy, roomy, and comfortable place with soothing views. Cant imagine you will find many better accommodation value in the Dunedin area.
