Ground floor space with private entrance and includes a Kitchenette, geared up for Microwave use. There is NO Oven or Cooktop. Spa, Sauna and gym available for private use. Guests are able to use the gym, sauna and spa for their private use. Free laundry is also available. Hosts could be on Site in their adjoining House. But are always obtainable by , Phone, Text or Email. Situated at macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula, a 15 minute drive from centre of Town. Positioned in private bush seting with an aboundance of Tui, Fantail and Kereru Pigeons, bordering the Whardale Reserve. With great views of Harbour and CBD. Larnack Castle and two Dunedin renowned RestaurantCafes a few minutes away with more at Portobello a short distance away on the way to the very popular Seal, Penguin and Albatross Colonies at Taiaroa Heads at the end of Peninsula. Public Transport is available with Bus Stop at the end of Street, Lime scooters are also available. There is no oven or cooktop. It is a kitchenette geared up with microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, jug and coffee plunger.
