It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. The pictures don’t do it justice in a good way!
