The cottage grounds are AMAZING-even at the end of fall. The expertly restored cottage was cozy, warm and offered a spectacular view of the harbor & Pacific Ocean from the kitchen picture window. The bedrooms and bath were wonderful to boot. The kitchen is gorgeous and the living room is very comfortable. The location is perfect and minutes away from everything in Dunedin.
