"They under sell this place. I was a bit worried not being on a sand beach. One family wanted sand beach one wanted fishing. Fishing pier family won. But sand beach family had the time of their lives. You can go into the sand and get into the clear water with ease. So many fish were seen and dolphins. We had a hot tub question and Bill just came over to show you. Then followed it up to make sure everything was ok and ended up sitting with me Friday morning as I talked his ear off about the area. It was fantastic all around. I’ve rented 20 houses over the years and these hosts esp were the best of them all. House check out process was the simplest I’ve ever had. House pool ocean you name it was 5 star. "

"Very nice big home for big family trip. We had a blast and enjoyed the backyard and pool. The golf cart was so fun and such a beautiful fun community. We did leave a few beach things since there wasn’t everything there to use. But we did enjoy the beach chairs and cooler. "

"Had a house full from age 1 to 81. Property had everything and then some, baby high chairs, child proofing, pool toys, beach chairs, plenty of towels; all in good condition. Property in a great neighborhood for walks, can get to a few restaurants in just a few minutes. Literally 10 minute drive to the beach. And best owner response time we’ve ever seen. Friendly, accommodating, makes sure we had everything we needed. "

"This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 5! One of the masters was accessible which was perfect for our son that had a knee injury a few days before our vacation. We had everything we needed and loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space as well. Betsy was super responsive and so kind! I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Clearwater yet also close to the quieter beaches like honeymoon island. "

"Hidden Oasis in Crystal BeachAn amazing experience at this Tropical Paradise. This gem is secluded but close to everything like Frenchy’s Outpost for a bite, Dunedin Beach, and Honeymoon Island to name a few as well as easy access to Pinellas Trail for a bike ride or walk. The accommodations were impressive with its cleanliness along with an amazing pool, firepit, and grill for taking advantage of a day by the pool at this gorgeous property. Karen and Connor were amazing hosts. This property is impressive and I highly recommend a visit."
