Strawberrybank is a lovely semi-detached bungalow suitable for up to 4 guests and is situated just to the north of the village of Longforgan in the Carse of Gowrie. It is 6 miles from Dundee (V & A Museum and Discovery Point) and 16 miles from Perth. It is situated less than 1 minute's drive from the A90 and is in an excellent location for exploring Scotland. Strawberrybank has its own private entrance and parking for 2 cars. It has a lounge, 2 bedrooms (one en-suite), a fully equipped modern kitchen, family bathroom and a secluded garden. Strawberrybank has a comfortable lounge with a Freeview TV & dvd player and a patio door leading out to the garden area. There is a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining table so that you can enjoy your meals in comfort. It has two cosy bedrooms, one fitted with a double bed and has its own ensuite with walk in shower. The other bedroom has zip and link beds which can be either 2 single beds or a super king bed when zipped together. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe/chest of drawers and Freeview TV. It also has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a store with washing machine. Strawberrybank, benefits from being in close proximity to the A90 dual carriageway, providing excellent road links both north and south. Dundee and Perth are both within easy commuting distance and provide the full range of facilities one would expect from major cities. The nearby A90 also allows easy travel to St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife, Pitlochry, Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond. Golf Courses at St Andrews, Gleneagles and Carnoustie are only a 35 minute drive away. We are also well located for many local wedding venues and Ninewells Hospital is only a 10 minute drive. Dundee is going through a revival with it’s waterfront development including the V & A museum and it has improved its offering of independent shops, bars and restaurant in recent years. There are bus stops to Dundee and Perth within walking distance (5-8 minutes).
