Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to re-lax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and shower room. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) to sleep a third and fourth guest while the dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.
