Kendall who checked us in, was absolutely WONDERFUL and AMAZING. She was very helpful and so incredibly kind. She even remembered my name the next day, when I needed to get a map. Kendall’s customer service was the best that I have ever received!
I am NOT happy that our rooms did not get cleaned. After a very long day of being gone, all I wanted was a shower and go to sleep. But we had NO clean towels. Very disappointing.

Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay.

"Great stay! Modernly updated but still dated on somethings. Room needed a few fixes but nothing off putting. It was close to the outlet mall and in a perfect spot for us to get around. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. Pool was great for the kids. AC was amazing in the Texas heat."
