Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

"It was very clean, but not upgraded in a long time, and when I asked for extra hangers for my clothes they never got me any even when they said they would. But it was cheaper than most other hotels in the area so it was nice and what we payed for."
