Large, rustic 2-family house "Elsa", 500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. In the district of Stivigliano 7 km from the centre of Luino, 2.5 km from the centre of Agra, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Narrow motor access to 100 m from the house. Roofed, parking, public parking 200 m. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 140 m. Hiking paths: Agra - Dumenza - Pradecolo. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.  
2-room apartment 55 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2023, comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and TV. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
