Had a great check in and a fantastic breakfast spread. My kids were thrilled with a TX shaped waffle.

Greeted at the front desk by a very friendly gal. We even got a goody bag with snacks and water bottles. Breakfast was typical Best Western fare.

Toilet seat was broken. Cleaning staff should have known that. Direct TV service was intermittent, pixilating all night. Carpet had what appeared to be blood stains and not vacuumed well. Bed was clean. Woke up twice by bar- hopping tenant. Breakfast was acceptable.

I reserved a room with a king bed and non handicapped, I was given a handicapped room with 2 double beds. Was told that was all they had left and nothing could be done

This is not a brand new hotel. It has been remodeled and well used afterwards. It is time for another remodel at this point.

Unfortunately unable to stay at property as planned. AC in our room not functioning. Only smoking rooms left and tnat was not going to work. They do have and indoor pool with hot tub but hot tub was not working. Women working at front desk was a big plus for this property. She was very helpful.

The stay was ok but the room a/c sounded like a freight trainwhen it ran. the shower needs work the bathroom door needs to be trimmed its swollen at the bottom.

Not like the old days
I had bad luck on this trip..first at a Motel 6 and then at Best Western. I spent more on this thinking it would be much better than Motel 6. Well, definitely not like Best Western of the past: Food in the frig from the past guest, stairs going to the second level were disgustingly dirty, chair in the room would not be accepted by Goodwill. One good thing was staying in Snyder, TX at a Baymont (not through Hotels.com)..it was perfect.

Dirty room
Hotel was dirty. Hairs in sink, only conditioner and needs upgrading. A/C definitely needs replacing. Very old and needs new tv’s way outdated. also the bed linens especially top blue top sheet/half sheet was completely dirty. White spots…..

the room need power outlets on the nightstands. So many of us need them as we age; sleep monitors, CPAP machines, noise makers.

The rooms themselves were not the cleanliness. We had two rooms and one of them had a nasty smell to it, and the other had singes on the bedding. The bathrooms were very small and on one of the showers had like silicone all around the bottom of the tub as to cover cracks or such. Overall not the best as the doors to the rooms are also exposed to the elements and anyone can knock on your door.

No luggage rack to put suitcase on. Only had 1 nightstand and should have had another one for a 2 bed room. No alot of parking on the south side. Shower curtain was wasn’t very effective and had a small "V" shaped tub. Overall not bad just average.

The room was very well maintained except for the carpet. It was old and worn. It was also a little sticky. Why not use linoleum for floor covering. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
