The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and modern amenities. The bathroom is huge with a deep freestanding tub and large shower. The living area has big windows that look out on the bustling street below. There is a cafe right across the street where we got breakfast. There are breweries within walking distance but we chose to walk two blocks down to Burger Paradox where we enjoyed unique cocktails and great burgers. Situated in heart of craft district for beer lovers with some excellent food options as well. So happy to see what is happening in that end of town compared to what it was when I went to college in Duluth in the mid 90s. Condo renovation was perfectly executed, bed was super comfortable my only complaint and it’s small would be parking is currently a little tricky. I suspect that is more of a it’s issue and will get figured out as they complete the redevelopment there.
