Place was very clean and pleasant until the 'renters' next door arrived. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every single word / toilet flush / squeaky door. We got past that. Our unit was supposed to have a washer / dryer but the dryer was broken and we instructed not to use either unit. Again what we thought was a great price for what we were staying in. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE -- the EXTRA service fees are a killer!!! Our service fees (standard charges add-ons) were More than our 3 day stay! When I booked on Expedia it was not well indicated other than the 'small print' price under the night stay price. This was a failure on my part to do the math. BUT don't want this to happen to others that think this stay with Heirloom Vacation Rentals is a great deal. "Buyer Beware"!
