When you walk through the doors of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home you will be filled with a warm and welcoming feeling as you enjoy the large windows that overlook the harbor side of Park Point. This modern home is perfectly set up with meaningful details of comfort and quality. Just 2 minutes from Lift Bridge Downtown Duluth public Park Point Beach just across the street, Park Point Oasis is calling your name!

The kitchen is a spacious and bright room equipped with all the things you will need to prepare meals during your getaway. The dining room boasts a large dining table that overlooks the beautiful Harbor and has a large sliding door to enjoy the patio, direct lake access!

The gathering room right off the dining space offers a sectional couch and smart TV to enjoy on those rainy days. Wander upstairs to find all 3 bedrooms. The harbor side master bedroom features a king size bed, gas fireplace, on- suite full bath, walk-in closet with family friendly amenities such as a baby bathtub and pack n' play crib for the little travelers, and a breathtaking view. Down the hall the second bedroom features a bunk bed full size lower with a twin size upper and closet while the third bedroom features a full size bed with trundle bed and full closet. Lastly between both bedrooms is a full bathroom.

Fully enjoy park point living with the provided amenities of kayaks & lifejackets, indoor game closet, Cornhole, pickleball set, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the kiddos. Step outside and enjoy the panoramic sunset over your own private dock right in the harbor for fishing, boating or kayaking right in your backyard. We provide all kitchen and bathroom essentials, as well as additional blankets, Duluth Coffee Company Coffee, Free WiFi, laundry and dryer and private parking with a garage for bike storage.

Perfect location on park point

Great place to stay with family and friends of all ages. Well stocked with special touches like fishing gear all set up for kids to enjoy casting off the dock. Breathtaking views from both levels!! Comfortable sleeping, great backyard with garage space to keep our mountain bikes. The kayaks were fun to cruise around the bay. We swam off the dock and enjoyed our meals outside. A brief walk across the street to public beach access to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, small park for kids. The house is great for young kids, with a toy closet, plenty of children’s books and great selection of games. We ate and prepared all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Many wonderful memories made and we will definitely be back!
