Codes are changed after every guest. → THE LOCATION The area is in the lively, popular craft and brewery district of Duluth. There are other tenants in the building and it is a respectful community. → HEATING & COOLING The window air and heating unit is controlled by a wall Thermostat. → OUTDOOR SPACE The outdoor patio space that is managed by 190 Coffee and Tea that has patio furniture and string lights for your enjoyment (May - November). → SECURITY In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security cameras on the exterior and public interior hallways of the building. → CHECK IN Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 10 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival.
