The building/area has great history and the whole package has a vibe that's really nice. The apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished, and has a lot of space for guests -- especially with the deck overlooking the lake and lakewalk. We walked to great destinations for meals and recreation. Fantastic lake view, fun location. We did not miss Canal Park. ##### Doug A. This is a spacious, well laid out apartment. The amenities are great. Loved the back bedroom. Spacious deck over looking Lake Superior. We stayed during the 4th of July and saw three cities fireworks from the deck. At night you are treated to a beautiful view of Canal Park. You can jump on the Lakewalk and easily go to Leif Erickson Park or to Canal Park. Fitger, Pickwick, St. Benedicts and Va Bene restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk.
