Run down, wear and tear everywhere, dirty room and mattress. Everything needs a good clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The curtains don't shut. The view was nice though. We didn't try the free continental breakfast. The man working the front desk was nice, helpful, and informative on 4/20 in the evening.

Location was good. Lobby/smelled terrible and was very dirty. Staff were respectful but unkept. Smelled like body odor, cigarette smoke and had wrinkled clothes. The room was acceptable but didnt feel clean. The property needs cleaned up and updated. The staff need to be polished up too. Bathroom had dirt in the corners. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean. Price of the room was affordable. Kitchen had a good variety of food, but was messy, didn't have anyone cleaning up after guests. Would not stay again.

The fellow that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. He took all the time needed to explain the area to us and different things to see.

Property was pretty outdated. Staff was friendly and no issues. Conveniently located and room was clean and very quiet. We would stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Nice stay
Our stay was great. The room was neat and had all of our needs covered. Our dog stayed with us and it was easy to go in and out and take to go potty. Lots of plug-ins. Bathroom was nice.

This has always been our go to place of stay when traveling to Duluth. We like being far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still withen walking distance to coffee shop, lake walk etc. We don't look for fancy just a nice, comfortable place to rest our heads at night..

The hotel is old and dirty. I was afraid to take my shoes off. It needs to be renovated. Also, when I was gone at an evening event, my room was given to another customer who entered my room. Not happy about that! I only found out when my key didn't work when I returned and had to go to the front desk. I will never stay there again.
