"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "

"My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool...
