This recently-built residence, comprising around fifty two-storey flats, boasts privileged access to the lake via its large private beach. There are also two renowned restaurants on site: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Water sports enthusiasts will love the activities on offer right on site: paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water skiing. Just 10 metres from the lake, the flat offers a superb view of the mountains and the Château de Duingt. Facing south-east, its private garden enjoys plenty of sunshine most of the day. You can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation on the 9 m² terrace and in the 50 m² garden. The flat comprises \- Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, traditional coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining area for 4 people. \- Lounge area with TV and sofa bed (extra sleeping space). \- Bedroom: two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed, storage space. \- Bathroom: bath with glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. \- Separate WC. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
