Offering a 108m2 panoramic balcony and direct access to the lake, it is an idyllic setting for a romantic or relaxing stay.  
  
This charming studio comprises:  
  
Living room :  
\- Living room and dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people.  
\- Queen-size double bed (160x200) offering a breathtaking view of the lake from the moment you wake up.  
. Two large picture windows give access to the balcony with views of the Château de Duingt, the lake and the surrounding mountains.

\- Shower room with WC.

\- Direct access to the lake from the residence.

Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport :  
\- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes)  
\- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.  
\- If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park. A public car park is also available nearby if required.
